Sophia Lassègue was admitted to the Paris Bar on 13 March 2023. She focuses her practice on French immigration law, advising individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies on visa applications, residence permits, international mobility, and related administrative and judicial proceedings.
Sophia holds an LLB in Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master's degree in Public International Law with a specialisation in Human Rights from the Université de Strasbourg. She also studied International Law at the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Before establishing her own practice, Sophia worked for the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland and Rabat, Morocco. She subsequently gained private practice experience at immigration law firms in Paris, where she developed her expertise advising clients on residence permits, business formation, and administrative and judicial proceedings before French authorities and courts.
Sophia is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
